Extension and Status Display in the User Menu 🏷️

You’ll no longer waste time trying to confirm your extension or checking whether you’re connected. We improved the user menu at the top of the screen, where you’ll now find clear and visible information about your extension and connection status. This enhancement allows your team to operate with greater certainty, avoid interruptions, and confirm their availability in seconds—working with more control, optimizing their time, and boosting operational efficiency in every interaction.

Sentiment Analysis Summary in Campaign Dashboards 📊

What if you could detect your customers’ emotional state without spending time reviewing each ticket? Now, within each campaign dashboard, you’ll find charts that provide a clear summary of sentiment analysis, showing the proportion of tickets with positive, negative, or neutral sentiment. This upgrade helps your team identify emotional patterns, adjust strategies with greater accuracy, and improve customer satisfaction through clear, actionable insights. Enable the “AI Analysis” feature in the AI Integration module to gain a much deeper understanding of each customer’s behavior.

New Home Page! 🎨🥳

We redesigned Sagicc’s main screen to give you a more modern, dynamic, and usability-centered experience. The new home screen incorporates direct access to your most recently handled ticket, customer experience tips, the latest updates from Sagicc News, access to Sagicc Academy, and a dedicated section for the tasks you have pending to master the platform. This new layout helps your team find their way more quickly, access key resources without friction, and work with greater confidence from the very first click—boosting daily productivity across your entire operation.

Additionally, we implemented general improvements across the platform and in reports to make your experience more user-friendly and to ensure data generation and export are more stable and reliable.
