Identification of Business Rules with Errors ⚠️
We have expanded the capabilities of the Business Rules module, and the list will now display an alert icon that identifies and details each rule with an error, making it easier to immediately detect the source of the issue and address it in a timely manner. This enhancement gives teams greater visibility and precision to anticipate failures that could impact service, significantly reducing diagnosis and resolution times. From now on, operations will gain greater stability, teams will work with more confidence, and the company will ensure continuity and quality in its processes.
Creation of Business Rules in "Draft" status ✏️
From now on, Business Rules will have two statuses, “Draft” and “Published,” allowing them to be configured in advance, saved as drafts, and reviewed without being executed. This improvement provides teams with greater control and peace of mind, reduces the risk of errors, and facilitates internal validation of business rules before they impact operations. With this new flow, teams will work more confidently, optimize their time, and publish only when everything is ready, driving safer, more organized, and more efficient management.
Sentiment indicator and history in the Customer Profile 🙂😐☹️
With this update, the Customer Profile will include a dedicated section to visualize the evolution of customer sentiment over time, integrating their tickets and interactions, along with a clear indicator of their average sentiment, whether positive, negative, or neutral. This functionality allows teams to understand the customer’s full emotional context before taking action, make more empathetic decisions, and respond more accurately at every touchpoint. With this insight, teams can anticipate needs, elevate service quality, and build stronger, longer-lasting relationships with each customer.
Sending invitations to new users 📩
Welcoming new users will now be faster, more secure, and fully under control. With this new functionality, platform administrators can send invitations for users to complete their profile creation, set their password, and access the Sagicc instance according to the assigned role. This centralized flow optimizes the onboarding of new collaborators, reduces operational time, and ensures a clearer and more consistent onboarding process for teams, enabling the organization to scale with greater order and confidence.
Additionally, we have optimized the Agent Supervision view to present information in a clearer, more structured, and easier-to-interpret way, and we have incorporated visual improvements across different modules to make navigation within the platform more intuitive, consistent, and enjoyable.
