The new interface organizes the available actions for your agents into three clear categories (AI & Automation, Communication, and Orchestration), offering the tools and features you already know, now powered by more advanced artificial intelligence capabilities. Here's what's new:

• Visual and user experience improvements: The interface is refreshed with modern, differentiated iconography for each action type, a clearer sidebar organization, a cleaner design canvas, and a more guided and intuitive agent creation flow. Everything is designed to make building automations faster, more visual, and accessible for any member of your team.
• AI-powered templates: New pre-built agent templates will allow you to cover use cases such as appointment scheduling, lead capture, surveys, and FAQ responses. All of them combine generative AI with your Knowledge Base to resolve queries autonomously, with intelligent escalation to a human agent when needed.
• Dashboard with AI performance metrics: New metrics (AI-Resolved Conversations, Knowledge Base Queries, and Average AI Response Time) will provide real visibility into the impact of intelligent automation on your operation, enabling data-driven decisions.
• Real-time Variable Explorer: A new panel in the conversation preview will display all variables captured during the flow execution, organized by source. With one click, your team can copy the exact reference of any variable, significantly improving the testing experience and speeding up agent design.
