We redesigned and modernized the Workspace selection screen with a clearer, more up-to-date interface aligned with Sagicc’s visual identity, while keeping its logic and functionality intact. This change will allow your team to identify and access the correct workspace more quickly and securely, make orientation easier from the very beginning, and improve the overall navigation experience, making it more fluid, consistent, and reliable.

Audio Recorder Optimization in the Ticket Management View 🎙️

We optimized the audio recording experience by replacing unclear technical messages with a visual countdown animation that naturally indicates when recording begins. This improvement will provide greater confidence to the agent during the process, reduce unnecessary interruptions, and make interaction with the platform more intuitive, natural, and human.

Meta Ad Reference in WhatsApp Conversations 📣

We implemented improvements in the ticket conversation view, and now Sagicc will display the reference to the Meta ad that originated the WhatsApp conversation, providing immediate context about the offer or the customer’s interest. This will make it easier to understand contact intent from the start, measure the real impact of each campaign more accurately, and optimize advertising investment based on concrete data.

Similar Customer Search Optimization 🔎

We optimized the search for similar customers on the platform by prioritizing matches by document number and detecting similarities in first and last names, even when accent or spelling variations exist. This improvement will increase accuracy in customer identification, reduce the creation of duplicate records, and improve the quality of the information stored in the platform, strengthening data management and daily operations.
