MFA via SMS and Authenticator App 🔐

Now, when enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA), each user will be able to receive their verification code via text message (SMS) or generate it instantly from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, choosing their preferred method directly from their User Profile. This will allow your team to shield every account against unauthorized access, adapt verification to each person's way of working, and speed up sign-in.

Duplication and Transfer of entities across Workspaces ⚡

Setting up a new Workspace will be easier and faster than ever. From now on, you'll be able to duplicate or transfer forms, templates, business rules, and surveys from one Workspace to another with just a few clicks. When duplicating an item, you'll be able to choose between copying it within the same workspace, replicating it in a different one, or transferring it entirely (copy and delete from the source). This will save your administrators valuable time by eliminating the manual recreation of configurations, reduce human errors, and ensure consistency across teams, accelerating the rollout of new operations.

Agent Studio: New actions and tools 🤖

We continue to strengthen our new Agent Studio module (formerly Bot Builder), and in this update we're adding two capabilities that take your conversational flows to the next level:

• Tools in AI Conversation (GenAI) nodes: In "AI Conversation (GenAI)" nodes, you'll be able to configure operational tools that the AI Agent identifies and executes autonomously during the conversation, each with its own name, description, and parameters, branching the flow according to the action the AI decides to take. This will allow your team to automate real business operations within the chat (looking up orders, scheduling appointments, verifying accounts, and more), taking conversational intelligence to a new level.
• New "Custom Script (CUSTOM)" action: We've added a new action type called "Custom Script (CUSTOM)," which lets you run JavaScript scripts within the conversational flow to solve most complex logic: Integrations with your own APIs, data transformation, validations against external systems, or custom calculations. This will make it easier for your advanced users to build sophisticated automations without depending on the development team, expanding almost limitlessly what your agents can achieve.
